Fees can be paid by the student or by the sponsor/employer.
The fee details are as under -

Certificate 3 Months - £ 800
Diploma 12 Months- £1,500
Advanced Diploma Programmes - £1,800
Foundation level – £800
Intermediate level – £1200
Advance level – £1400

Tuition Fee
All overseas students must pay all fees in advance. Local students can pay the fees in instalments after the approval of Cromwell College’s Finance department. The college reserves the right to suspend student from the college if their fees are in arrears.

Draft / Cheque Payment

If the payment is made by UK bank then 6 days are required to clear it so Account Section will take 8 days to perform any action. The foreign bank transaction takes 30 days for action. A processing fee of £30.00 will be charges by the student if any cheque is returned and not honored.

Refund Policy
There is no entitlement to a refund of fees. Registration/examination fees are also non-refundable However British residents having no visa requirements to remain in UK may claim the refund of paid tuition fee, less administrative charges of £60, if Admissions office receives a written request from the student for cancellation of admission, at least one month in advance, before the commencement of the classes. In case the Admissions Office does not receive the notice in time, a deduction from the refund will be made equal to the fee of one semester.

A student, who requires Student Visa to enter or remain in UK, will be entitled to a refund of the tuition fee, less administrative charges of £100, if the British Embassy/High Commission refuses his/her visa application. However, an Overseas Admissions Representative may refund the fees in full, in such a case, a letter of refusal from the British Embassy (APP200) and the original documents of admission issued by the College must be attached with the application form. If this application reaches the College after the commencement of the course, a full one-term fee will be deducted from the refund and after the commencement of any term the fee for that term is not refundable. A visa refusal during an ongoing term will entitle the student for the refund of the remaining fee for subsequent terms only.

Full fees are refundable without any deductions if the College does not conduct any course. A minimum of 6 weeks is required to process the refunds on receipt of an application, according to the rules. No interest or profit is claimable upon any refund payments. No refunds are considered when students in UK have postponed the commencement of their course. The College reserves the right to change or amend any refund procedures at its discretion. All refunds are subject to the approval by the Principal.
