Strategic Planning & Quality Enhancement

Core Objective

Managing and informing the corporate planning process through the provision of key performance data and analysis of the strategic context in which Cromwell College of IT & Management (CCIM) operates;
Working to support faculties to enhance the quality of their programmes and the student experience;
Managing the academic appeals, student complaints, extenuation and external examiner systems;
Providing advice and support to faculties and external partners in the development of collaborative academic links;
Providing a committee secretariat to the second tier committees of Academic Board;
Taking a lead role in our CCIM ’s preparations for external quality audits;
Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies & complete relevant statutory returns (e.g. HEFCE, HESA, and QAA).
